About Our Apartments
1. What rating are your apartments?
- Our apartments are rated 4 to 4.5 stars in the "Self Catering" accommodation category administered by AAA Tourism.
2. What is included in the price?
- Furnishings and appliances.
- Linen and towels.
- Utilities such as electricity, gas and water.
- Phone Line Connection.
- Servicing for CBD Studio and 1 bedroom and Premium Package Apartments only.
- Servicing of our Southbank Apartments is not included in the rate, however you can arrange housekeeping at an additional charge. Simply contact reception to request.
- Southbank Apartments will be inspected once a week by one of our friendly staff members.
- Use of building facilities including the pool and gymnasium (plus tennis court and BBQ area if applicable).
3. The price excludes:
- Charges for telephone calls made.
- Servicing of standard apartments.
- Special furnishing requests.
- Pantry service
- Car parking.
- Credit card processing fee.
4. What is included in the apartment?
- Your apartment includes everything necessary for a comfortable stay, including high quality furnishings and appliances, linen, towels, laundry facilities and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, fridge, oven and gas cooktop.

5. How many people does each apartment sleep?
- CBD Studio - max of 2 persons.
- 1 Bedroom (1 bathroom) - max of 2 persons.
- 2 Bedrooms (2 bathrooms) - max of 4 persons.
- 3 Bedrooms (2 bathrooms) - max of 6 persons
6. Are cots available?
- The following options are available at an extra cost:

- High chair
7. Is car parking available?
- Secured and undercover onsite car parking is available at all locations.
- Our secured car parks are accessed by remote control.
- A charge of $23.50 per day, $131 per week, $299 per month applies. Prices include GST.
- A charge of $25.50 per night, $160 per week, $550 per month applies applies for our CBD Studio and 1 bedroom apartments. Prices include GST.
- Please note: Car spaces are subject to availability. Please note only 1 car space can be booked per apartment.
8. Are unfurnished apartments available for lease?

9. Do your apartments have high speed / broadband internet?
- All our apartments are connected to a high speed broadband network offering affordable high speed internet access.
- Our connection speed of up to 18 Mb/s is ideal for checking email, accessing corporate intranets, downloading large files and quick web browsing.
- Our broadband service is offered via WiFi (wireless) or ethernet cable (which we provide).
- Complimentary unlimited WiFi is available in all apartments.
10. Can I use a fax machine or dial-up modem in your apartments?
- So that we can offer you affordable phone calls and broadband internet we have installed a state of the art digital network that is incompatible with analogue phone equipment such as fax machines and dial-up modems.
